Produced Anheuser-Busch InBev, Golden Road Made in LA Festival including booking musical acts and curating the show lineup, including creation of issuance of artist contracts and negotiations for the following artists: Duckwrth, Dâm-Funk, Lauren Ruth Ward, Pell, Phantom Planet, Cold War Kids and Lemaitre. I used marketing research, social media relevance and cultural insights to curate diverse musical lineups. Worked with iHeartMedia to create the ‘California Inspired’ campaign – a music competition leading up to the Festival to provide an opportunity for aspiring musicians to join the bill of the show. Managed all elements of the festival, including campaign goals, deliverables, schedules, estimates and budgets. Proactively managed timelines and deadlines through project management tools. Led in defining project vision, liaison between artists, managers and brand and managing consumer expectations. On the digital side I worked closely with artists and management to curate social content. and approved, edited, and/or denied content on “hold” from external live photography team.
